Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in the cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the review page, based on shipping method selected during checkout.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

10 Tips for Terrific Terrariums:
- To create a shallow water area, use a pre-formed reptile pool, or make your own from a plastic plant pot
- For larger bodies of water, separate the land mass with a strip of glass or plastic. Use aquarium silicone for a watertight seal
- When building an environment for turtles, do not put gravel in the bottom of the water area
- Cover gravel or soil in dry areas with moss to add warmth, color and character
- Add rocks, twigs, driftwood, leaves or small branches to enhance the terrarium's natural appearance>LI>Bring your habitat to life by plantscaping with a variety of live plants suitable for terrariums
- As a practical alternative to live plants, consider plastic or silk plants, which require little or no maintenance
- Lighting can be used to create periods of day and night. Do not exceed 8-10 hours of light per day
- Incorporate an appropriate background photo or potted plants behind your terrarium to complete your terrarium's natural look
- If you intend to keep a variety of reptile species together, consult your local pet retailer first for guidance and compatibility
Instructions:
- Refer to complete instructions provided to verify all parts for assembly are included in the package
- Press outflow tube into pump discharge opening
- Slide O-ring over elbow fitting, keeping it approximately 1/4" from the end of the elbow fitting opening
- Place assembled pump in bottom of Decorative ReptoFilter. Slide outflow tube with O-ring into groove at top of front of filter. Slide down until O-ring seats at bottom of groove to form a watertight seal. Route pump cord through small notch at rear top of filter
- Rinse cartridge filters under cold tap water to remove any carbon dust
- Insert filter cartridges into slots on either side of pump and slide all the way down until seated on bottom*
- Place lid on filter
- Place filter unit in corner of tank, and fill until water level is between minimum and maximum lines (levels are indicated on the side of the filter)
- Plug in filter and create drip loop. (For more information see Safety Instructions below)
- *Replace filter cartridges every two weeks or sooner for optimal performance
Safety Instructions:
- Special care should be taken to avoid possible electric shock, since water is employed in the use of aquarium equipment. Do not attempt any repairs by yourself; return the ReptoFilter appliance to an authorized service facility for service or discard the appliance
- Warning:
To guard against injury, observe basic safety precautions, including the following:
- If the ReptoFilter appliance shows any sign of abnormal water leakage, immediately unplug it from the power source
- Carefully examine the appliance after installation. Unplug the appliance if there is water on parts not intended to get wet
- Do not operate any appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is malfunctioning, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any manner
- To avoid getting the appliance plug or receptacle wet, position the aquarium to the side of a wall-mounted outlet in order to prevent water from dripping onto the plug or outlet. Arrange a "drip loop" for each cord connecting an aquarium appliance to an outlet. The "drip loop" is part of the cord below the level of the outlet (or if using an extension cord, below the level of the connector that prevents water from traveling along the cord and coming in contact with the outlet
- If the plug or outlet should get wet, don't unplug the cord. Disconnect the fuse or circuit breaker that supplies power to the appliance. Once the power has been disconnected, unplug the cord and examine it for the presence of water in the outlet
- Always unplug the appliance from an outlet when it is not in use. Also, unplug it before cleaning, and prior to disconnecting or attaching parts. Never yank the cord to pull the plug from the outlet. Grasp the plug and pull to disconnect
- Do not use an appliance for anything other than its intended use. Do not use attachments that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer; they may cause an unsafe condition
- Do not install or store the appliance where it will be exposed to the weather or to temperatures below freezing
- Make sure the appliance is securely installed before operating it
- If an extension cord is necessary, use a cord with a rating that matches or exceeds the rating of the appliance. A cord rated for fewer amperes or watts than the appliance rating may overheat. Arrange the cord so that it will not trip anybody, and that it will not be pulled in any way
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature
- To avoid injury, do not touch moving parts
- Supervise children closely when they are near or using the appliance
